What it's used for
Mostly trading and community projects. Its very low price per token reflects its huge supply, not that it's "cheap."
Risks to know
- Meme-coin prices are driven by hype and can fall very far.
- Fake SHIB tokens and giveaways are common; check the contract address.
- A low price per coin doesn't mean it can easily rise to $1: market value is price × supply.
Buying and storing it
If you decide to buy, use a regulated exchange you reach directly, check fees with the true cost calculator, and store long-term holdings in a wallet you control. Read how to buy crypto safely. This page isn't a recommendation to buy.
Questions
Will Shiba Inu reach $1?
With hundreds of trillions of tokens in circulation, $1 per SHIB would imply a total value far larger than the entire world economy.
